Vegetable Stir-Fry

Vegetable Stir-Fry

This recipe serves 2. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 gloves of garlic sliced
  • 1 packet of baby corn sliced in halves
  • 1 bunch of green shallots chopped
  • 1 handful of snow peas
  • 1 packet of mixed mushrooms 
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons of Soy sauce
  • Rice to serve

Method:

  1. Add sesame oil to a large frying pan. Cook garlic.
  2. Add baby corn, mushrooms, snow peas and shallots. Cook until vegetables soften.
  3. Add soy sauce continue to stir fry for another 2 minutes.
  4. Serve with rice.
  5. Enjoy :)
