This recipe serves 2.
- 2 gloves of garlic sliced
- 1 packet of baby corn sliced in halves
- 1 bunch of green shallots chopped
- 1 handful of snow peas
- 1 packet of mixed mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons of Soy sauce
- Rice to serve
- Add sesame oil to a large frying pan. Cook garlic.
- Add baby corn, mushrooms, snow peas and shallots. Cook until vegetables soften.
- Add soy sauce continue to stir fry for another 2 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
