Quick Superfood Stir-Fry

Serves 2


  • 1 bag of Superfoods Kale stir-fry mix from Woolworths or Coles (contains carrot, Red Cabbage, Wombok, Kale.)

  • 1 packet of hard tofu

  • 1 tbs of coconut or olive oil

  • 1 tsp of chilli flakes (you can add more or less to suit your tastebuds)

  • 2 tbs of soy sauce


  1. Slice the tofu into 1cm cubes.

  2. Add oil, tofu cubes, chilli flakes and 1 tbs of soy sauce to a frying pan and cook for 5 minutes or until tofu is golden. Remove the tofu from the pan and set aside.

  3. Add the stir fry mix to the pan and stir until vegetables are slightly wilted. Add tofu and the remainder of the soy sauce to the pan. Stir to combine. Enjoy.


  • Top with sesame seeds to serve.

  • Serve with brown rice or noodles.
