Peanut Butter Cups

Makes about 14


  • 1 block of dark cooking chocolate

  • 2 tbs of coconut oil

  • 1 1/2 cups of crunchy peanut butter


  1. Cut up the chocolate into smaller pieces.

  2. Add the chocolate and one tbs of coconut oil to a glass bowl and melt over a pot of boiling water on the stove.

  3. Meanwhile melt the remaining coconut oil and peanut butter in another saucepan on the stove until smooth.

  4. Spoon 1 tbs of chocolate into the patty pans then add 1-2 tbs of peanut butter on top.

  5. Place the freezer to set. Store in the fridge.
