Morning Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients: 

  • 1.5 tbs of hemp protein (16.5g of protein)
  • 1 cup of almond or coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup of frozen berries (I like to use blueberries)
  • 1 tbs of coconut
  • 1 tbs of oats
  • 1 tbs of peanut butter 

Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a Nutribullet.
  2. Blend until smooth. 
  3. Serve in a glass.
  4. Optional*  top with blueberries, peanut butter and paleo mix. 
  5. Enjoy.
