This nutritional yeast parmesan cheese is so easy to make and a delicious cheese substitute. I like adding it to pasta dishes, on top of roast veggies and to salads for extra flavour.
- 1/2 a cup of raw cashew nuts
- 1/2 a cup of nutritional yeast flakes
- 2 tbs of hemp seeds
- 20 cracks of sea salt
- Combine cashews, nutritional yeast flakes, 1 tbs of hemp seeds and salt in a NutriBullet or food processor
- Blitz for only a few seconds.
- Pour mixture into an airtight container and add 1 tbs of hemp seeds. Shake to combine.
- Store at room temperature.
