Perfect for entertaining or an afternoon snack!
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 large lime wedge
- 1/4 teaspoon of all purpose seasoning salt
- A dash of chilli powder or 1 small red chilli finely died
- A small handful of pistachio nuts
- Salt and pepper to season
- Mash avocado with a fork in a bowl.
- Add lime juice, seasoning salt, chilli and mix into the avocado.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut up pistachio nuts and sprinkle on top for extra flavour.
- Serve with corn chips
