Coconut, Banana & Mango Bread

This recipe is vegan and easy to make. Perfect for morning or afternoon tea :) 


  • 2 cups of self-rising flour

  • 1/2 cup almond meal

  • 2 large mashed bananas

  • A handful of frozen mango

  • 1 cup of coconut

  • 3/4 cup almond milk

  • A dash of vegetable oil


  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Line a loaf tin with baking paper.

  3. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add banana, mango, milk & oil. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.

  4. Pour into the loaf tin. Sprinkle extra coconut on top.

  5. Bake for 60 minutes.

  6. Allow to cool and remove from tin.

  7. Serve with butter alternative.
