Chia Cup

The perfect breakfast for a busy morning.

Ingredients:
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs of oats
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 6 almonds, chopped
  • 1 tbs shredded coconut
  • 6-8 frozen raspberries
  • a dash of honey optional

Method:
  1. Combine chia seeds, coconut milk, oats, raspberries and almonds in a medium sized glass or jar. Stir to combine ingredients and soak overnight.
  2. Top with coconut before serving and enjoy :)
