3 Ingredient Chickpea Curry

This 3 Ingredient Chickpea Curry is so easy to make and packed with flavour. 
Serves 4.


  • 2 x 400g tins of chickpeas, drained

  • 1/2 to 3/4 of a cup of coconut milk

  • 1 packet of Passage To India Simmer Sauce Tikka Masala 375g


  1. Add chickpeas and simmer sauce to a non stick pan. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

  2. Stir in coconut milk.

  3. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes on low heat until the curry reaches your desired consistency.

  4. Serve with rice or naan bread.
