Coconut, Banana & Mango Bread
This recipe is vegan and easy to make. Happy baking.
Ingredients:
2 cups of self-rising flour
1/2 cup almond meal
2 large mashed bananas
A handful of frozen mango
1 cup of coconut
3/4 cup almond milk
A dash of vegetable oil
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add banana, mango, milk & oil. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
Pour into the loaf tin. Sprinkle extra coconut on top.
Bake for 60 minutes.
Allow to cool and remove from tin.
