3 Ingredient Chickpea Curry
Serves 4.
Ingredients:
2 x 400g tins of chickpeas, drained
1/2 to 3/4 of a cup of coconut milk
1 packet of Passage To India Simmer Sauce Tikka Masala 375g
Method:
Add chickpeas and simmer sauce to a non stick pan. Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in coconut milk.
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes on low heat until the curry reaches your desired consistency.
Serve with rice or naan bread.
