Wedges and Salad
A quick meal I make myself, that I love.
Serves 1
Ingredients:
I serving of frozen seasoned potato wedges
1 serving of mixed lettuce leaves
8 cherry tomatoes sliced in half
1/2 a red onion thinly sliced
1/2 a small avocado sliced
1-2tbs of balsamic dressing
Method:
Preheat oven and cook wedges as per instructions.
In a bowl combine lettuce leaves, tomatoes, onion, avocado and dressing. Toss until leaves are coated with dressing.
Serve and enjoy :)
