Peanut Butter Cups
Makes about 14
Ingredients:
1 block of dark cooking chocolate
2 tbs of coconut oil
1 1/2 cups of crunchy peanut butter
Method:
Cut up the chocolate into smaller pieces.
Add the chocolate and one tbs of coconut oil to a glass bowl and melt over a pot of boiling water on the stove.
Meanwhile melt the remaining coconut oil and peanut butter in another saucepan on the stove until smooth.
Spoon 1 tbs of chocolate into the patty pans then add 1-2 tbs of peanut butter on top.
Place the freezer to set.
