Vegetable Tikka Masala 

Vegetable Tikka Masala 

Serves 3-4

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil

  • 1 x 420g jar of Tikka Masala sauce (I used Sharapova) 

  • 1 x 400g tin of chickpeas drained 

  • 1 brown onion sliced 

  • 1 large handful of frozen or fresh broccoli 

  • 1 handful on frozen or fresh beans 

  • 1/4 cup of frozen peas 

  • Rice to serve

 

Method:

  1. Add oil to a large frying and sautΓ© onion. Add broccoli and beans.

  2. Stir in sauce and simmer for 10 minute on medium heat. 

  3. Stir in frozen peas and chickpeas.

  4. Simmer for another 5 minutes until all vegetables are soft. 

  5. Serve with rice. :)
