Vegetable Tikka Masala
Serves 3-4
Ingredients
Olive Oil
1 x 420g jar of Tikka Masala sauce (I used Sharapova)
1 x 400g tin of chickpeas drained
1 brown onion sliced
1 large handful of frozen or fresh broccoli
1 handful on frozen or fresh beans
1/4 cup of frozen peas
Rice to serve
Method:
Add oil to a large frying and sautΓ© onion. Add broccoli and beans.
Stir in sauce and simmer for 10 minute on medium heat.
Stir in frozen peas and chickpeas.
Simmer for another 5 minutes until all vegetables are soft.
Serve with rice. :)
