Quick Green Stir-Fry
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 tbs of crushed garlic
1 tbs of sesame or olive oil
2 tbs of soy sauce
1/2 a cup of frozen peas
1 handful of snow peas
1 cup of frozen broccoli and cauliflower
2 serves of your favourite rice noodle
Method:
Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add garlic and vegetables. Stir-fry on medium heat until soft.
Meanwhile, cook rice noodles as per packet instructions. Drain.
Add cooked noodles to frying pan. Add soy sauce and combine.
Serve :)
