Quick Stir Fry

Quick Stir Fry

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 large garlic gloves sliced

  • 2cm stalk of ginger sliced

  • 1 red chilli sliced (seeds removed)

  • 1 bunch of shallots chopped

  • 500g of mixed mushrooms

  • 1 broccoli head cut into pieces 

  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil 

  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

  • Rice noodles or rice to serve

Method:

  1. Add oil, chilli, garlic and ginger in a pan and cook until soft. 

  2. Cook rice or noodles as per instructions on the packet.

  3. Add shallots, broccoli and mushrooms to pan and stir fry. Add soy sauce. Continue to cook until vegetables are soft. 

  4. Stir in noodles/rice and serve.
