Vegetable Asian Stir-Fry
Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 gloves of garlic sliced
1 packet of baby corn sliced in halves
1 bunch of green shallots chopped
1 handful of snow peas
1 packet of mixed mushrooms
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of Soy sauce
Rice to serve
Method:
Add sesame oil to a large frying pan. Cook garlic.
Add baby corn, mushrooms, snow peas and shallots. Cook until vegetables soften.
Add soy sauce continue to stir fry for another 2 minutes.
Serve with rice.
