Chia Cup
Serves 1
The perfect breakfast for a busy morning.
Ingredients:
2 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs of oats
1 cup coconut milk
6 almonds, chopped
1 tbs shredded coconut
6-8 frozen raspberries
a dash of honey optional
Method:
Combine chia seeds, coconut milk, oats, raspberries and almonds in a medium sized glass or jar. Stir to combine ingredients and soak overnight.
Top with coconut before serving and enjoy :)
