Sunset Sabi

Sunset Sabi is a sushi bar, cocktail bar, and a funky kitchen. They have so many delicious vegetarian options. The food is a perfect mix of Japanese and Mexican! You must try this restaurant if you are in Manly.

• sabimame edamame, white truffle, chilli, orange, salt
• sh*tballs (Yaki Nigiri) pickled shitake mushrooms, parmesan – a tasty fried rice ball
• 'totes' gyoza grilled cactus, tofu, shitake mushrooms, dill, with togarashi dukkah & wasabi mayo.
• La Taco pickled shiitake mushrooms, 'house of sabi ponzu kimchi', daikon, ginger sabi kewpie, sriracha, coriander, sesame
• Rainbow Roll
